All You Need To Know
HOW DO I HIRE PIECES FROM TWO BIRDS ONE STONE EVENTS (TBOSE)?
Once you work out what you want to hire, get in contact with us via the Contact Form, facebook messenger or DM on instagram. We’ll respond promptly, confirming availability for your date. To reserve and book your items, we will get you to sign and return our Hiring Policy and pay a 50% deposit. Two weeks before your event, we’ll be in touch confirming all details, venue and pick-up times. The final balance is due two weeks before the date of your event. If you have any questions about any of the items, you can call Kayla on 0401 878 167 and we’ll happily explain whatever you’d like to know.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER WHEN HIRING?
DOES TBOSE DELIVER?
Yes we deliver and pick up. Ask us for a quote.
CAN I PICK UP THE ITEMS MYSELF?
Of course! We are happy if you wish to come and collect your items direct.
WHEN DO I NEED TO BRING THE HIRED ITEMS BACK?
The normal hiring contract is from Friday through to return on Monday for weekend events. If they are not able to be returned by Monday we can arrange for a later return at an additional cost.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING GETS BROKEN OR DAMAGED?
Accidents happen, we understand that. We do hold credit card details in case of damages. If something gets broken or damaged, we ring you and let you know the amount we require to cover the breakage. It will be equal to the cost of replacement value.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I’VE PLACED IT?
Yes you can change items up to 2 weeks prior to your event without any penalty. Sometimes, however, because many of our hire items are one-off, they may have already been booked and not be available on the day you are wanting.
DO PRICES INCLUDE GST?
All prices are exclusive of GST and so GST will be added to your final invoice.
CAN YOU STYLE AND SET UP MY ITEMS FOR MY EVENT?
Yes of course, please email us and let us know exactly what you’re after, e.g. whether it’s just setting up a backdrop or setting up the whole lolly buffet. There may be an additional fee.
